- 3 phases: strategy, brand, build
- 14 sections in the business plan

## The starting point.

MVP Lab tests and analyses young athletes on their own club’s pitch, with portable GPS, timing gates and force plates, and delivers detailed reports with coaching advice.

When we started there was equipment and there was science, but no business: nobody knew who would pay or what a package contained, there was no brand, even though the report is the product, and the athletes are 11 to 18, so consent and safeguarding had to be right from day one.

## What we built.

The business model came first: clubs organise the testing, parents pay and coaches receive the data. Everything else followed from that decision, in three phases.

- Strategy: the business model, Business Plan v2.0 in 14 sections, Basic and Premium packages, a market analysis for Central Macedonia, and a GDPR and child-safeguarding framework.
- Brand: Brand Guidelines v1.0, colours that carry performance meaning, type for screens and reports, the PDF report structure and rules for sponsor co-branding.
- Build: mvplab.gr as a single page, with content for teams, parents and sponsors, Greek SEO for searches such as field testing and football GPS, and forms on a PHP endpoint.

## The result.

A documented model, an identity and a site, where there had been equipment and an intention. Meetings with clubs and sponsors now use one consistent set of material.

GDPR for minors was designed before the first test, and the roadmap is clear: services, then cloud, then a data platform.
