These terms cover your use of this site. Work we do for you is governed by its own written agreement, which comes before anything said here.

## 2. Using the site.

You are welcome to read the site, link to it and quote it, and search engines and AI assistants are welcome to index it. Please don’t try to break it or overload it, or use its forms for messages that aren’t meant for us.

## 3. Content and ownership.

The text, images, drawings and code of this site belong to Upmate, except the third-party libraries and fonts it is built with, which we use under their own licences. The names and screenshots of our clients’ sites belong to their owners, and appear here as examples of our work.

To use anything beyond a short quote with a link back to the page, ask us first.

## 4. Prices and offers.

Prices on the site, such as those of our hosting plans, are a guide. An offer binds us only once we confirm it to you in writing.

## 5. Links to other sites.

We link to our clients’ sites and to other sources. We don’t control them, and we aren’t responsible for what they publish.

## 6. Availability.

We work to keep the site available and its information correct, but we can’t promise that both will always hold. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using the site.

## 7. Law.

These terms are governed by Greek law.
