Ecommerce 2014 — today
A comic store that ships to 70+ countries.
Since 2014 we have designed, built and run the platform behind one of Europe’s largest pop-culture eshops.

- 100K+ active customers, up from 9,000
- 260K+ products in the catalogue, up from 25,000
- 500K+ orders processed
Where it started.
In 2014 efantasy.gr was a well-loved comic and pop-culture store with an eshop that couldn’t keep up. Every product was typed in by hand, sales at the counter never reached the site, and there was no way to sell abroad.
So the brief was never a new website. It was a system that could grow the catalogue tenfold without growing the team tenfold.
What we built.
A platform of our own design, because pre-orders, publisher schedules, series and one-off collectibles don’t fit a template.
- The ERP owns the stock. The eshop, the marketplaces and the till all read from it.
- Publisher and supplier feeds create products with no typing.
- Feeds to Skroutz, eMAG and BestPrice.
- Languages, currencies and shipping zones, opened one market at a time.
- Our own hosting cluster with a CDN, so release days and holiday peaks stay up.
- Newsletter automation and customer segments in the CRM.
Where it is now.
The platform was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, with ERP integration and automatic stock sync. In 2020 it went international: a multilingual store, shipping abroad and marketplace feeds beyond Greece.
Since 2025 an AI agent answers from the full catalogue and the FAQs, and resolves more than 70% of support questions on its own.
They’re not developers. They’re part of our team. We wouldn’t have gotten here without their strategic eye.
