Nine tractors, online in six weeks.
The official Hinomoto distributor in Greece had dealers and machines, and no website at all.

- 6 weeks from zero to a live site
- 9 models, HM250 to HM5025
- 90+ Lighthouse performance score
The starting point.
Hinomoto Greece represents the Japanese brand: nine tractor models from 20 to 50 HP in four series, sold through dealers in the Peloponnese, Evia and Crete.
A buyer couldn’t see what models existed, couldn’t find the nearest dealer without a phone call, and had no way to ask for a quote. The specifications lived in brochures.
What we built.
A site of nine products with a fixed structure needs no CMS, so we wrote it in plain PHP 8 with modular partials.
- One product page fed by a single data array: nine models, six specifications each, and a link straight to any model.
- A gallery that reads each model’s folder, so new photos appear with no code change. It launched with 147.
- A dealer page with a map for each dealer and a quote button that pre-selects the model.
- A homepage carousel with arrows, swipe and four, two or one cards per screen.
- Complete meta tags, Open Graph, JSON-LD (LocalBusiness, AutoDealer, BreadcrumbList and more) and Tag Manager events.
- WCAG 2.1 AA: a skip link, visible focus, 44 px touch targets, a lightbox that works from the keyboard and reduced motion.
The result.
A production site in six weeks, with a Lighthouse performance score above 90 and three dealers on the map.
The client adds photos by uploading them and a new model with one entry in the data array. There is no subscription and no plugin to break, and the documentation explains how to add a model without us.
